颂钵由金、银、铜、铁、锡、铅、汞七种金属组成。由颂钵发出的泛音声响，能帮助身体放松，同时能平衡、调和人体的神经系统，与内在频率产生共鸣效果，达到放松和舒缓的效果。
Singing bowls (also known as Tibetan Singing Bowls, rin gongs, Himalayan bowls) are a type of bell. Singing bowls are used worldwide for meditation, music, relaxation, and personal well-being. Singing bowls were historically made throughout Asia, especially Nepal, China and Japan.

This sound therapy workshop is ideally suited for therapists, health care professionals, yoga teacher and anyone who is keen to explore the power of sounds for healing, mindfulness and transformation.

【导师简介】：沈劼楠
毕业于香港大学社会科学（行为健康）硕士及香港大学表达艺术治疗硕士，为注册教师、注册瑜伽导师、催眠治疗师及表达艺术治疗师。
Ms. Kit Shum was graduated from the Master of Expressive Arts Therapy and Master of Behavioral Health in the University of Hong Kong. She was a registered teacher, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and expressive arts therapist.
【资历介绍】 qualification
曾任中小学教师，现为中文大学校外进修课程及仁济医院培训中心课程导师、艾尔国际医疗复康中心项目经理及越己堂教育心理治疗中心导师。
曾提供培训服务予锡安社会服务中心、救世军屯门青少年综合服务、香港圣公会乐民郭凤轩综合服务中心、香港基督教女青年会秀群松柏小区服务中心、工联会业余进修中心、香港单亲协会、社会福利署保护家庭及儿童服务课、中小学及幼儿园家长教师培训等，亦曾参与邓树荣戏剧工作室《我点解要系Steve Jobs》戏剧担任演员。
She has been a primary and secondary school teacher and is a current teacher teaching hypnosis, yoga, meditation, singing bowls and art therapy course in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Federation of Trade Union Spare Time Centre and Yan Chai Hospital Training Centre. She is also the project director of IceHealing Health and Pro Limited and the tutor in Potential Engine educational psychotherapy center providing counseling, art therapy and training services.
She has provided training services to Hong Kong Single Parents Association, Social Welfare Department, Envision Hong Kong, H.K.S.K.H. Lok Man Alice Kwok Integrated Service Centre, Rendezvous Arts Club, Zion Social Service, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association and many kindergarten, primary and secondary schools. She has also participated as actress in <Who needs to be Steve Jobs> drama performance by Tang Shu Wing ProLab Theatre.
